Oli´s chia banana hemp breakfast bowl

Yes,I know that sometimes it is hard to feed our children in the healthiest way possible cuz let’s face it, toddlers are (usually) extremely demanding and hard critics when it comes to food flavor and aspect.

The other thing is that we need to make life easier and be practical by making things that don’t take much time setting up and preparing.


Good news!

This creamy, delicious banana ice cream is nutritious, delicious and super easy to make!



Ingredientes


•1 big frozen banana

•almond or coconut milk (1/2-1 cup)

• 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

•1/2 tablespoon of hemp seeds





•peel the bananas , cut into pieces, and freeze them. (I usually put them inside tupperwears)

•When the bananas are frozen, Place them in the food processor and blend until they are smooth and creamy.

• add the milk, chia, hemp seeds and continue to blend until you’ve reached a soft texture. once everything is incorporated serve it in your bowl(s) and to it with your favorite healthy (of course!) toppings.

•mango

•strawberries

•blueberries

•granola

•peach

•coconut flakes

•cacao nibs

•almonds
